Wheeler Boltz Architects is a Akron, Ohio-based architectural firm that was established in 2013. The partnership between John Wheeler and Jason Boltz is based on a shared vision of the practice of architecture, with the belief that long-term relationships with clients and trust are of utmost importance. We strive to be trusted advisors by listening to our clients' desires, challenges, and budgets, and providing custom design solutions through an interactive, collaborative approach.

John Wheeler brings over twenty years of experience in building design and construction. His portfolio includes large collaborative efforts on K-12 school projects, higher education facilities, corporate projects, and developer driven projects around the country. He is an accredited LEED BD+C designer with a strong background in sustainable design.

Jason Boltz has also spent over twenty years in commercial architectural design and construction. His experience includes a wide range of project types, from higher education and healthcare facilities to religious buildings and retail spaces. He is a registered architect, NCARB certified, and LEED accredited.
