Our Firm

We are a 25-person architecture and design firm dedicated to delivering exceptional design services to our clients. Our experienced team of architects, interior designers, and construction managers work together to provide a comprehensive approach to design that considers every aspect of a project, from concept to completion.

Our Process

The key to our process is listening. Understanding the end user and adhering to a clear set of goals throughout the design process creates an end result that inspires people to be their best. Our process is divided into three main steps: Visioning, Exploration, and Technical Requirements.

Visioning

The first step is to understand our client and their unique set of challenges. We will conduct meetings with key stakeholders to discuss priorities, goals, concerns, sustainability, and the future. This is an opportunity to get everyone together in a room and "dream big."

Exploration

This step is about research, taking field trips, studying the site and geographical context, and sketching. We will explore the program, identify the challenges, study the usage of existing spaces, and provide initial cost projections for different scenarios.

Technical Requirements

The building is refined to enhance efficiencies - structural, HVAC, and electrical systems are reviewed, compared, and analyzed for cost. This is also where the ideas and concepts are refined and refined to ensure a functional and efficient design.
