Meet Our Provider

Dr. Stephen Young, DO, is a native Floridian born and raised in Eustis, FL. He attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated in 1995 with a Doctor of Osteopathy degree. Dr. Young completed a one-year internship at the Graduate Health Care Systems in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and then joined the Air Force as a captain, where he was a Flight Surgeon for six years. In 2004, he completed his family practice residency program at Florida Hospital in Orlando, FL, and in 2005, he started his solo family practice office.

Dr. Young is a licensed and board-certified Family Physician. He is an active member of several professional societies, including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Dr. Young feels tremendously blessed to return to his community to serve. He is often praised by his patients for his medical thoroughness and the amount of time he spends with each patient, reviewing their medical history to aid him in treating the whole patient.
