Legacy Senior In Home Care is a licensed independent home health agency that has been serving the community in the state of Florida. Our goal is to find the right balance between care and independence by communicating with our clients and their families. We provide specially trained and certified caregivers to come into the client's home and provide care. Our caregivers are carefully selected to ensure that they have a genuine empathy for the elderly and sick. We conduct thorough background checks before hiring to ensure that our clients receive the best care possible.

Our Services

At Legacy Senior In Home Care, we believe in providing as much information as possible to help families make informed decisions about care. Our initial care plan is authorized from a documented evaluation by a Registered Nurse who will continue to monitor care and staff for compliance and provide reports to families. We offer care plans delivered by Certified Nurse Assistants and Home Health Aides that include attendant and homemaker professional services. We provide care with a personal touch and consider each client as a family member who deserves nothing but the best care.

Our services include:

• Personal Care Services: Our personal care services offer a wide range of assistance to meet the unique needs of each client. Our caregivers are trained to assist with personal hygiene, toileting and incontinence care, meal preparation, feeding and special diet requirements, mobility assistance and light housekeeping.
• Companion Care: Our companion care services offer companionship, socialization, and assistance with daily activities such as shopping, errands, and transportation. Our caregivers are trained to provide emotional support, monitor client safety, and assist with household tasks.
• End of Life Care: Our end of life care services offer compassionate care and support to clients and families during the final stages of life. Our caregivers are trained to provide comfort measures, manage symptoms, and assist with personal care needs.
• Transitional Care: Our transitional care services offer short-term care and support during recovery from an illness, surgery, or hospitalization. Our caregivers are trained to provide assistance with personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
