Lyrique Dance

At Lyrique Dance, we believe that to watch us dance is to hear our hearts speak. We are a dance studio located in the Warrenton, Gainesville, Haymarket, and Bristow areas, dedicated to the art of dance and passionate about empowering our dancers to grow their love of dance. Our instructors have professional dance backgrounds, ranging from dancing with Disney, cruise lines, and professional ballet companies. We focus on teaching proper technique, while fostering an environment that encourages our students to develop a deep appreciation for dance.

Our Services

We offer classes in ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap, acro, and hip hop for dancers of all ages and skill levels. Our main location, at 6775 Kennedy Road Suite 10, is easily accessible and offers ample parking. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art dance floors, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our dancers to learn and grow.

Our summer camps are a great way for dancers to stay engaged and continue learning during the summer months. Our summer 5-week session is a popular choice for dancers looking to improve their skills and technique.

For dancers looking to take their skills to the next level, we offer a competition team. Our competition team provides dancers with the opportunity to perform at competitions and conventions, while receiving individualized coaching and feedback from our experienced instructors.

Our Instructors

Owner, April Jubeck, is a seasoned performer and experienced dance instructor. She grew up dancing at her Grandmother's studio "Pauline Baker Rodgers School of Dance, " and has since performed at Walt Disney Resorts and Universal Studios Orlando, completed the Broadway Dance Center Internship, and assisted the Rockette's in teaching classes at Radio City Music Hall. Her passion for dance and commitment to providing the best instruction is unparalleled.

Kaitlyn Thrush, originally from Meadville, Pennsylvania, joined Lyrique Dance after dancing and traveling with Norwegian Cruise Lines for three years. Kaitlyn started dancing at the age of 5 and has since trained at the State University at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Lyrique Dance, and loves teaching and inspiring her students.

Jill Signer, originally from Sheboygan, Wisconsin, began dancing with Sue Darrow and continued her training at the Milwaukee Ballet School. She was a trainee at the Joffrey Ballet School New York for three years, where she performed in various productions. Jill's passion for dance and commitment to her students sets her apart as a dance instructor.
