Aristo is led by a dynamic and experienced team of professionals who are passionate about their craft and dedicated to delivering exceptional results:

• Stacey Haralambides, Company Founder: With a background in architecture, Stacey has a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the construction process. As a Registered Architect and member of the National Association of Home Builders, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Aristo. Stacey is also an active participant in a National Builders 20 Club, serving as a board advisor and contributing to the continuous growth and refinement of Aristo's practices. Stacey resides in Aristo's Woodcliff Community with his wife Martine and their Australian Labradoodle, Morgan.

• Nicholas Haralambides, Partner: Nicholas brings a solid foundation in finance and construction management to Aristo. As a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and Certified Green Professional (CGP), he possesses a deep understanding of building codes, sustainable practices, and cost-effective construction methods. Nicholas manages all aspects of estimating and construction, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within budget. He resides in Fairport with his wife Kristina, their sons Max and Myles, and their Vizsla named Cooper.

• Jennifer Townsend, Partner: Jennifer's legal expertise and advocacy for sustainable land use practices bring a unique perspective to Aristo. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and licensed attorney in New York, she is dedicated to crafting homes that are not only beautiful but also functional and accessible for all ages. Jennifer leads Business Development and guides Aristo's future focus on innovative and responsible community development. Jennifer lives in Fairport with her husband, two children, and their Goldendoodle. Her involvement extends to the community as well, serving on the Board of Directors for the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester.
