Rice General Construction, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1989 by Chuck and Leslie Rice. Chuck, an N.C. Licensed General Contractor since 1983, has been in the construction industry for over 45 years. Leslie, with 20 years of banking experience, serves as the Office Manager. Our company is fully insured, licensed in residential and commercial construction, and is a member of the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce, Raleigh-Wake County Homebuilders Association, National Association of Homebuilders, and is a North Carolina Certified Lead Renovation company.
