As a woman-owned and operated company, we're committed to delivering exceptional design-build services to our clients in the Triangle area. Our journey began in 2010, when our founders, Rachael and David Williams, started a startup with a vision to build meaningful work through partnerships that benefit our clients, employees, and communities. Today, we're proud to be one of the premier full-service design-build companies in the region.

Our Process

We understand that building a new space can be a complex and overwhelming process. That's why we've developed our Focus OnePoint E2E process, a proven methodology that ensures seamless communication, quality control, and successful project outcomes. Our process is divided into five stages: Concept, Pre-Design, Pre-Construction, Execution, and Close-Out.

The Concept Phase

We start with preliminary feasibility discussions to understand your project needs and goals. We'll work with you to develop a project scope, including facility investigation and development, land planning, and feasibility studies.

Pre-Design Due Diligence

In this phase, we'll conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure that your project is feasible and meets all relevant building codes and regulations. This includes environmental studies, zoning reviews, and utility location.

Pre-Construction

Before we start building, we'll finalize your design and ensure all details are in place. This includes engineering and design assist, project permitting, and procurement planning.

Execution

We'll manage your construction project from start to finish, ensuring that it's completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Our team will handle everything from safety management to quality control, trade partner selection, and project administration.

Close-Out

Once your building is complete, we'll ensure a smooth transition to final completion. This includes final inspections, system testing, and warranty management.
