Marguerite Eubanks Stricker has been a highly respected attorney since 1999. She opened the practice to serve those in her community who needed a strong advocate for their rights. Her range of experience in Real Estate, Wills & Trusts, Probate, Uncontested Divorces, and Business Law have provided clients in and around Cherokee County with a trusted resource.

Larry G. Simonds, Jr. is an experienced attorney who practices Elder Law, Estate Planning, Guardianship, Mediation, Probate Law, and Real Estate. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Gaston County District Bar.
