Guzzy-Q is a family-owned local catering company established in 2015, with a commitment to providing the finest scratch-made menu options at an affordable price. Our business has grown over the years, and we opened our storefront in downtown Smyrna in 2018, allowing us to proudly serve the region with our unique and delicious offerings. We specialize in KCBS award-winning BBQ and have received multiple awards for BEST BBQ and BEST CATERER in both The News Journal Readers Choice Awards and 1st State Favorites. However, Guzzy-Q is much more than BBQ.

Our menu offers a variety of unique sandwiches, signature sides, and comfort foods such as chilis, soups, and Italian dishes, all made from scratch to ensure the highest quality and taste. With a focus on using only the finest ingredients, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and extensive menu that can accommodate any event. Our dishes are made to order, allowing us to provide a personalized touch to each of our catering services.

Menu Offerings

At Guzzy-Q, we take pride in our KCBS award-winning BBQ, but we also offer a wide range of other menu options to suit various tastes and preferences. Our offerings include:

• Meats: Choose from award-winning pulled pork, spare ribs, country (pork) ribs, pork tenderloin roast, pork sandwiches, marinated grilled chicken breasts, chicken drum sticks, chicken quarters, smoked chicken wings, and more. All meats can be prepared with a variety of sauces, including mild, medium, garlic parmesan, garlic medium, Asian sweet heat, traditional hot, and "bringin' the heat."

• Kabobs: Select from chicken, pork, or beef kabobs, all served with peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes (optional).

• Beef: Indulge in our slow-smoked brisket, filet London broil, pulled Italian beef, or sausages. Our sausages include hot Italian with onions & peppers, mild Italian with onions & peppers, and sweet Italian with onions & peppers, all served with or without rolls and/or dark mustard.

• Italian Pasta & Meat: Enjoy our three cheese ziti casserole, three meat ziti casserole, spaghetti, deep-dish three cheese lasagna, and deep-dish meat lasagna.

Special Requests and Wild Game

At Guzzy-Q, we strive to accommodate our customers' unique needs and preferences. We specialize in wild game, available seasonally upon request. If you've managed to bag something not on our wild game list, please call or email us to inquire whether we can meet your needs. Our wild game options include water fowl, turkey, venison steaks, or tenderloin, all prepared to your liking. Guzzy-Q is capable of preparing pretty much anything found in the woods. Disclaimer: If you have bagged yourself a Sasquatch, we are unwilling to smoke that, grill that, or fry that.
