We partner with major hotel brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and Choice Hotels, among others, and operate a diverse portfolio of hotels across the United States.

Our Services

At ZMC Hotels, we offer a range of services designed to support hotel operations and growth. Our expertise includes hotel management, construction management, and investment management. We manage 54 hotels across 17 states, consisting of over 5,718 rooms, under multiple brand affiliations and as independent properties. Our services also encompass restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. Additionally, we have a robust pipeline of new hotel development projects and actively seek investment opportunities in existing hotels.
