Will you move my belongings during rain?
We complete most moves in rain with protective measures. Severe weather may require temporary delays. We use extra padding and floor protection to prevent water damage.
Do you provide mattress protection?
We recommend purchasing mattress covers for optimal protection. While we may have some covers available, we cannot guarantee supply. Our standard shrink wrap may not adequately protect against rain.
Can you disassemble TV wall mounts?
We remove TVs from walls and detach mounts when possible. OLED TVs require special handling in original boxes. We do not reinstall TVs to wall mounts.
How do I verify your licensing?
Check our website for USDOT# and Motor Carrier Number. Contact us directly for licensure verification. We maintain full compliance with TXDOT regulations.
Should I help with moving tasks?
Professional movers handle all tasks, but client assistance is welcome. For safety reasons, clients cannot enter moving trucks during loading/unloading operations.
