Our Services

Our home is located along sunny East Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, and Silicon Valley. The property features two master suites, each with its own private bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two queen-size beds. Both bedrooms have ample space for 1-6 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups.

Amenities

Our home is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and snacks. The living area features a comfortable seating arrangement, and both front and back yards are beautifully landscaped. The backyard boasts a six-person hot tub, where guests can unwind and take in the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

Guest Services

Rental Policies

Our rental policies are designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction. We ask that guests provide a 50% deposit to secure their reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $500 is required to guarantee the home's condition upon check-out.
