• Land development projects that include street, drainage, water, sewer, watershed quality control, sedimentation/erosion control designs, and local, state, and federal permitting
• Multi-family developments, including duplex-style products to four and six-unit buildings
• Single-family homes, ranging from slightly greater than 5,000 square feet to lots over 2 acres in size

• The Villas at Eagle Point, a 60-unit multi-family subdivision in Greensboro, North Carolina
