Leadership and Staff

Davis, PE, serves as the Principal and Chief Structural Engineer, while L. Allan Hill, PE, is the Principal and Chief Civil Engineer. Mark Michalak, AIA NCARB, leads the architectural team as the Principal and Chief Architect.

Rob Heffner, RA, serves as the Managing Principal and Senior Architect, overseeing architectural projects. Matthew W. Johnson, PE, is the Vice President and Senior Civil Engineer, focusing on civil engineering projects. Morgan Eidelman is the Vice President and Senior Project Manager, ensuring that all projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
