Our Programs

Our Tiny Tigers program is specifically designed for children aged 3-4, introducing them to the fundamental principles of Tae Kwon Do in a fun and engaging way. Our Karate for Kids program is designed for children aged 5-12, focusing on physical fitness, coordination, and self-defense skills. Our Adult Taekwondo program is perfect for adults looking to improve their overall fitness, discipline, and self-confidence. Additionally, we offer advanced programs such as Black Belt Club and Leadership Club for students who wish to take their training to the next level.

The American Tae Kwon Do Association was founded in 1969 in Omaha, Nebraska, and has since grown to become one of the largest and most respected martial arts organizations in the world.
