Our History

Hardaway Construction was founded in 1924 by 18-year-old L. Hall Hardaway Sr. The company began by building over 1,000 homes in Tennessee and Alabama, and in 1950, Hall Sr. launched a commercial division that grew into the company we know today. In 2018, David Frazier bought Hardaway Construction from Stan Hardaway and the family, becoming the new owner and president. Under Frazier's leadership, the company remains committed to preserving its legacy and forging the future with a motivated leadership team, a transparent and flexible approach, and a genuine commitment to collaboration and transparency in client relationships.
