Our journey began in Italy, where Chef Franco Vitella grew up in a family-owned restaurant called Girasole in Milan. As he grew older, Franco's passion for cooking only intensified. He attended the School of Visual Arts, where he discovered his artistic side and infused his creativity with his culinary skills. This fusion of art and food became the foundation of his catering company.
