At Little Prodigies Child Development Center, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children 6 weeks to 5 years old. Our mission is to help children develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills through our play-based, arts-focused curriculum. Our center is designed to make learning a fun and enjoyable experience for children as they grow and develop.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to be engaging, interactive, and fun. We use a play-based approach to learning, where children can explore, create, and discover new things. Our curriculum is guided by the Georgia Early Learning Standards (GELDS), which focuses on five key areas of development: physical development and motor skills, social and emotional development, approaches to play and learning, communication, language, and literacy, and cognitive development and general knowledge.

Our Center

Our center is designed to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children. We have five age-appropriate classrooms that are designed to meet the needs of children of different ages and abilities. Each classroom is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities that support our curriculum and activities.

Our teachers are experienced, certified, and passionate about providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children. Our History

Little Prodigies Child Development Center began as an idea between two young parents, Jennifer and Wes Zwirn. They were inspired to create a childcare center that focuses on arts and learning. On September 9, 2009, our doors opened to the first children and families. Since then, we have grown and evolved to provide the best possible care and education to our children.

Our Affiliated Schools

In addition to Little Prodigies, Jennifer and Wes own three additional schools, each with its own unique personality. These schools include:

• University Childcare Center, in collaboration with the University of Georgia
• Piedmont Athens Regional Child Development Center, in collaboration with Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center
• The Busy Box Daycare, a faith-based childcare center located in nearby Danielsville, GA
