Ward Torke, Elwood's son, pioneered one of the industry's first complete coffee solutions, working closely with local restaurateurs to provide exceptional service and products. In the early 2000s, Ward was joined by his son, Jay Torke, marking the fourth generation of the company. Together with his sister Lynda Torke, they continue to carry on the family tradition of producing high-quality roasts, providing exceptional service, and supporting their community.
