Our Services

We offer a variety of counseling services, including individual, couples, and group therapy. Our individual counseling services cater to children, teens, and adults, addressing a range of issues, including abuse, trauma, relationships, and more. Our couples counseling services are designed to help individuals in any type of relationship improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their bond.

In addition to our individual and couples counseling services, we also offer several group therapy options. Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences, learn from others, and gain valuable insights and skills. Some of our group therapy options include art therapy, trauma 101 psychoeducation group, making sense of your worth group, and more.

Our Locations

We have two convenient locations in Nampa, Idaho: Downtown Nampa and Nampa Family Justice Center. Our Downtown Nampa location is situated in the heart of historic downtown Nampa, while our Nampa Family Justice Center location is specifically designed to serve primary or secondary victims of abuse.
