Our founder, President & Principal Engineer Robert Leverington, brings over 20 years of experience in the municipal, military, and private sectors. He is licensed to practice civil engineering in California, Colorado, and Nebraska, and land surveying in Colorado and Nebraska. Under his leadership, our team of professionals has grown to become a trusted name in the industry.

Poor Experience with Home Inspectors
Unprofessional Behavior
The reviewers had a terrible experience with a home inspector, Robert Leverington. One reviewer, Cole Sivey, claimed that the inspector was hired to inspect the foundation of a house but instead found faults with everything in the house. When asked to leave, the inspector began calling other inspectors in the area, apparently trying to sabotage the home-buying process.
Disregard for Customer Needs
Another reviewer, Tom Picking, had a similar negative experience. After receiving an inspection report with minor errors, Tom requested corrections. However, the inspector refused to mail the corrected report, instead demanding that Tom come to his office and bring a checkbook. When Tom arrived, the inspector refused to hand over the report unless payment was made first.
Lack of Professionalism
Both reviewers expressed frustration and disappointment with the inspector's unprofessional behavior. Tom, a retired mechanical engineer, was shocked by the inspector's refusal to explain his actions or address his concerns. The reviewers warned others not to use this inspector, citing his uncooperative and confrontational attitude.
