Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Behavior
Several reviewers have reported poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from the company's employees. Kristen Noel had a terrible experience with an employee who drove a company truck and gave her and her children the finger and yelled profanity at them for no reason. Matthew Trujillo had a frustrating experience on the phone, where the representative was rude and had an attitude. Chris Powell left a message but never received a call back.
Cost-Effectiveness Concerns
Some reviewers have expressed concerns about the cost-effectiveness of the company's services. W. L. agreed with other reviewers that the company's services are costly and may not be suitable for individual homeowners. David G. mentioned that there are other engineers in Fort Collins who are more cost-effective for common engineering practices.
