Heidi, our founder, has a deep love for animals that started at a young age. She began her journey in the pet grooming industry in 1986 when she opened her first salon in upstate New York. Over the years, Heidi has developed a passion for holistic pet grooming, specializing in canine skin, coat care, and nutrition. She has also achieved numerous accomplishments, including becoming a Canine Esthetician and earning CGC Certificates and 2nd level obedience titles.

Heidi's passion for animals extends beyond dogs. She is also an accomplished horsewoman with top 10 AQHA Titles and several AMHR National Champion Horses. Her belief in the importance of continuing education has led her to master her craft and provide the best possible service to her clients.
