Founded in 1972 by Neil I. Van Cleef, our company has successfully served private and public clients with a broad spectrum of professional engineering services and surveying solutions for over 50 years.

We have a deep understanding of the regions we serve, with offices strategically located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our staff of over 200 professionals and technical support staff work together to deliver personalized solutions for residential, commercial, financial, educational, religious, recreational, retail, healthcare, and municipal clients.

Stanley Schrek, PE, AIA, PP, CME, LEED AP, served as the 2012 President of the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers, and Kevin A. Kester, ASLA, LLA, RLA, is a current member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and Heritage Conservancy Business Membership Committee.
