Our Humble Beginnings

Peter Kreuziger and Chef Karl Riedl opened Bon Appetit Restaurant on Dunedin's waterfront in 1976. The duo brought with them a vision of a dining experience that combined fresh seafood, stunning views, and top-notch service.
