Our Story
Our story began with the vision of Chef Julio Cancho, a talented chef with a passion for Peruvian cuisine. Chef Cancho grew up in Lima, Peru, where he was exposed to the rich culinary heritage of the country. After moving to the United States, he continued to hone his skills in some of the country's top kitchens. He partnered with fellow entrepreneurs Jose Cancho and Cesar Viggio to bring his vision to life. Today, our team is committed to serving up delicious Peruvian cuisine that is both authentic and innovative.
