Our History

RK Properties was founded in 1976 by William Rance King Jr., after a 10-year history in the business machines industry. William began his career in real estate in the 1960s, selling commercial real estate brokers the first computers and software. His entry into the apartment business was facilitated by the introduction of the industry by commercial real estate brokers. Since then, we have grown to become one of the leading multifamily investors in the industry.
