Our Services
We offer a variety of programs designed to meet the unique needs of our students. Our Tiny Tigers program is specifically designed for preschool and kindergarten age children, and is focused on building self-confidence, socializing skills, and coordination. Our Kids Class is designed for children aged 7-12, and focuses on teaching respect, self-discipline, and perseverance. Our Teenager Class is a total body workout that teaches practical self-defense skills, and our Leadership Program is designed for those who want to take their training to the next level.
