At Nicole Audrey Events, we are a Morgan Hill-based small event planning business that offers a wide range of services to make your special occasion unforgettable. Our team is passionate about creating unique designs and experiences that will leave a lasting impression on you and your guests. We specialize in event planning for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, and retirees, as well as corporate events and micro weddings.

About Us

Our team is led by Nicole Audrey, a mother of two boys and two fur-babies who loves planning parties. With over 13 years of experience in the event planning industry, Nicole has a deep understanding of what makes an event truly special. Her journey in event planning began with helping her mother with her wedding boutique business, designing centerpieces and wedding favors. Nicole's passion for event planning only grew stronger as she began planning company parties, managing offices, and working in HR as an employee benefits coordinator for a large manufacturing company.

  • Lux Picnic Design & Planning: We can help plan and design unforgettable luxury picnics for you and your loved ones.
  • Balloon Design: We can add a touch of magic to your event with our professional-grade, biodegradable latex balloons.
  • Rentals: We have a wide range of rentals available, including chairs, tables, linens, and more.

Rentals

We have a wide range of rentals available, including:

  • Chairs: White folding chairs at $3.00 each, 6' banquet tables at $8.00 each, and handcrafted wood picnic tables at $20.00 each.
  • Linens & Runners: Poly table linen at $15.00 each, napkins at $1.00 each, and table runners at $10.00+ each.
  • Pipe & Drape: Pipe backdrops stand rental at $100.00 each, custom/themed vinyl backdrops at $50.00+, and draping at $250.00+.
  • Prop Rentals: We have a variety of prop rentals available, including dessert table decor, cake stands/towers, and more.
  • Tableware: We have reusable tableware available for our lux picnics and small parties.

Kids' Party Planning

At Nicole Audrey Events, we believe that childhood is a special time and should be celebrated with fun and excitement. Our kids' party planning packages include:

  • The Littles: We have chairs and tables available for kids' parties, starting at $3.00 each.
  • Balloon Design: We can add balloons to your kids' party, starting at $150.00 for balloon garlands.
  • Experiences & Planning: We can help plan a party with plenty of fun and experiences for all ages.
  • Custom Everything: We can personalize your event with custom graphic designed party favors, custom 12-inch props, and larger themed props.
