Our Tradition

Our technical defensive techniques are based on the Mu Han Dae (The Infinity Wave), Circle Principle, Water Principle, 9 direction movements, and natural body movements. Our mental strategy focuses on control of breath and mind, encouraging students to cultivate a "gentle mind strong fist" and strive for the highest level of "empty mind empty fist".
