Our Mission

At Vail Communities, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support and services to individuals affected by mental illness and co-occurring conditions. Our mission is to empower individuals to thrive and reach their full potential, free from the constraints of illness. We achieve this by fostering a community that values relationships, purpose, and opportunity, ensuring that every individual has a voice and choice in their own recovery journey.

Our Services

Our range of services is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual, catering to over 2,300 individuals annually. Our services include:

Clubhouses: Our three Clubhouses in Hopkins, Minneapolis, and St. Paul offer a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who share their experiences. Our Clubhouses provide opportunities for socialization, education, and skill-building through various programs and activities.

Targeted Case Management: Our team of case managers work closely with individuals to understand their unique needs and create personalized plans to support their recovery and wellness.

Community Health Partnerships: We collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure Seamless access to healthcare, social services, and other supports.

Housing: Our housing initiatives provide stable and supportive living environments for individuals with mental illnesses, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.

Support Services: We offer a variety of support services, including assertive outreach, peer support, and counseling, to help individuals navigate their recovery journey.
