Our Journey Begins

Jane, a skilled Operations Manager, and Bill, a Mechanical Engineer, discovered their shared love for baking when Jane received a bread maker as a gift. Inspired by the beauty and tradition of the craft, they decided to pursue formal training under the guidance of renowned baker Jeffrey Hamelman. This ignited a passion for crafting delicious and wholesome breads and pastries.
