Overwhelming Positive Experience
The customers of Rocketman Smoke Shop have had an overall exceptional experience at this store. The staff is mentioned repeatedly as being knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The selection of products, particularly seeds and delta-8 products, is impressive. Many customers have praised the store's cleanliness, organization, and unique and artistic glass pieces. Negativity and Disappointment
However, two customers have shared negative experiences. One customer, Cultured Milk, felt unwelcome and discriminated against by a staff member, citing racial profiling. The customer reported that the staff made a conscious effort to make them feel uncomfortable.
