Established in 2008 by Shawn and Anjanette Adams, Monterey Signs has been dedicated to providing high-quality signs and exceptional customer service for over a decade. Growing up in Santa Cruz and surrounded by the vibrant surf and skate scene, Shawn's journey led him to Monterey, where he co-founded Monterey Signs with his wife, Anjanette. His extensive experience in the sign industry began in Sacramento, where he visited hundreds of sign shops and acquired invaluable knowledge about the business. Today, Shawn leverages his expertise to oversee the company's operations, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

*Anjanette Adams, Co-founder*

Anjanette, a Sacramento native with a Marine Biology degree from Humboldt State University, met Shawn in Monterey while running a local kayaking business. She brought her financial acumen from her banking days to help manage both Monterey Signs and Santa Cruz Signs, while raising two beautiful children. Her impeccable financial skills and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the company.

Hailing from El Nido near Merced, California, Roberto found his home in Monterey, where he has been creating stunning signs for over seven years. As the longest-tenured team member, he enjoys biking on the trails, spending time with friends and family, and appreciating live music. His youthful energy and dedication bring a unique perspective to the Monterey Signs team.

Tony, an experienced Graphic Designer with over 14 years of experience in marketing, advertising, apparel, and signs, is known for his incredible attention to detail and excellent project management skills. When he's not making signs, you may find him at local clubs as a DJ, showcasing his semi-pro breakdancing skills-or perhaps not!
