Our Story
Kyle Johnson, the founder of JuiceBox Sign Co., is a passionate artist and surfer who has been perfecting his craft for years. Originally from Los Angeles, Kyle moved to Santa Cruz in 2009 to pursue his dream of becoming a professional surfboard shaper. He has since mastered the craft, studying alongside master board builders and learning the fundamental techniques in shaping, glassing, sanding, resin work, and design.
Kyle's artistic sensibilities and love for surfing have influenced the types of boards he builds, and the creative freedoms of the glassing process are constantly evolving. All JuiceBox surfboards are designed on an individual basis and built by hand in Santa Cruz, California.
