What to Expect from Therapy with Me
When you start therapy with me, we will work through three broad phases: the "What", "Why", and "What do I do now?" phases. In the "What" phase, we will discuss the challenges you are facing and define the issue together. In the "Why" phase, we will explore the underlying reasons for these challenges. Finally, in the "What do I do now?" phase, we will work together to develop a plan for moving forward and achieving positive change.
