Boxing Programs
We offer a variety of boxing programs for all ages and experience levels. Our Adult Membership includes unlimited access to all classes, such as Boxing, Strength and Conditioning, Mobility and Breathing, Yoga, Ring-Sparring, Trail Runs, and Yoga. Our youth membership, designed for ages 12-16, includes four youth boxing classes per week and open-gym access. Additionally, we offer an Intro to Boxing program for beginners and a Day1 Beginner Boxing Drop-in Class for those looking to try out boxing.
Expert Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff, led by founder and head coach Eric Ash, is experienced, passionate, and dedicated to helping you progress and meet your goals. With over 30 years of experience in boxing, Coach Ash is a licensed boxing manager and trainer. Our staff is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members, regardless of their background or experience level.
Membership Plans
We offer flexible membership plans to suit all levels of athletes and achieve your fitness goals. Our Adult Membership is $169.95 per month, while our Youth Membership is also $169.95 per month. The Intro to Boxing program is a one-time payment of $145, and the Day1 Beginner Boxing Drop-in Class is a one-time payment of $30.
