Joe's journey began after graduating from TSTI Waco with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering/Surveying Technology. His career flourished through hands-on fieldwork and progressively responsible roles, culminating in his registration as a Professional Land Surveyor in Texas in December 2002.
