Unprofessional Experience
The majority of the reviews highlight the professionalism and expertise of the personnel at NRL Mortgage. However, there are two instances where the customers had a negative experience. Peyman Jo's review shares a poor experience with customer service, stating that they didn't receive a call back as promised and had to call multiple times to get an update on their application. James P.'s review is the most scathing, claiming that the company failed to follow up on their end of the deal, and multiple calls and voicemails went unanswered.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, most reviews praise the exceptional service provided by NRL Mortgage.
