Our team of certified instructors and personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, whether it's losing weight, increasing strength, or simply feeling more energized and confident.
Our Services
We offer a variety of services designed to cater to your unique fitness needs. Our daily group fitness classes include yoga, spin, strength training, stretch and relaxation, and more. Our certified instructors cue safe technique and can help you exercise smart and injury-free. We also offer personal training sessions, where our nationally certified trainers will work with you to design a safe and effective fitness program tailored to your specific goals.
In addition to our fitness classes and personal training, we also offer a range of equipment and facilities, including cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility equipment. Our facility is open to the public 7 days a week, and we offer a variety of membership options, including a special 8-week membership program, Jumpstart!, that includes personal training each week.
Our Community
At Bristol Fitness, we're committed to building a community that supports and motivates each other. We offer a range of specialty workshops and events, alongside our group fitness classes and personal training sessions. We also work closely with the Mount Abraham Unified School District and the Bristol Recreation Department to bring Wellness Classes and Programs to the community at large.
