Dixie Catering

At Dixie Ribs & Catering, we are a family-owned business with roots in Miami, Florida, but providing catering services all over the state. With over 60 years of experience, we take pride in offering outstanding quality and complete meals that leave a lasting impression on our customers. Our goal is to provide a one-of-a-kind experience that results in a nostalgic memory of Grandma's homemade meals.

We have grown and expanded significantly over the years, and since 2014, we are proud to say that we serve over 10,000,000 meals per year. We constantly revise our menus to evolve and change to meet the needs and wants of our clients while ensuring we provide the most nutritious foods. Our commitment to quality has led to a 100% track record for delivery, with over 12,500 hot meals and 7,500 cold box lunches served daily.

Our History

We were founded in 1958 with our first location on South Dixie Highway and Southwest 152nd Street. As our business grew, we expanded into catering private events and companies in 1988. We then expanded into catering to private and charter schools across the state, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Lee, Duval, Port St. Lucie, Palm Beach, and Collier County, among others. We are proud to be certified by the National School Lunch Program and have been serving schools and students across the state for years.

Throughout our history, we have provided a range of services, including:

• Catering: We offer customized menus and catering services for private events, parties, and functions.
• Schools/NSLP: We work with private and charter schools across the state, providing nutritious meals under the National School Lunch Program.
• Summer Camps: We provide meals to summer camps under the Summer Food Service Program.
• Daycares/CCFP: We work with daycares across the state, providing healthy and nutritious meals for children under the Child Care Food Program.
• Adult Daycares/Homebound: We provide fresh and hot meals to homebound individuals and adult care centers.
