In 2019, we moved into a new state-of-the-art facility in Crowley, Texas, which was custom designed to provide physical and aquatic therapy, onsite massage, and an expanded fitness center.

• Exercise Program: If you're ready to hit the gym but aren't sure where to start, or if you're nervous about reinjuring yourself, we can help. Our exercise program is designed to help patients safely and effectively transition back into regular exercise after an injury or surgery.
• Massage Therapy: Physical Therapy Dynamics has partnered with Crowley Therapeutic Massage to provide a premier healthcare facility that addresses your physical health and wellness needs. We offer onsite massage therapy, which can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote relaxation.

We work with most major insurance companies and bill outpatient rates, which can often be lower than the rates charged by other clinics in our area. We also accept private pay, payment plans, worker's compensation, car insurance, and letters of protection (LOP) payment methods.
