Our Services

We offer a variety of Pilates classes and private training services to suit different needs and goals. Our classes include:

  • ALIGN - A classical Pilates class focused on traditional Pilates principles and techniques.
  • TONE - A high-energy Barre and Pilates combination class that combines cardio and strength training.
  • RENEW - A Pilates and stretching class that focuses on flexibility and relaxation.

We also offer private personalized Pilates training, which allows our instructors to work one-on-one with clients to create a customized exercise program tailored to their specific goals and needs.
