Nadler's Bakery & Deli, a family-owned and operated business, has been providing quality, baked goods and services in San Antonio since 1963. We are San Antonio's oldest bakery and have been providing breathtaking wedding cakes for over 3 generations. Hans B. Nadler, a European trained pastry chef, has shared his trade techniques with our staff for over 50 years. He has won numerous awards for his contribution to the bakery industry. His greatest achievement was being honored as the 2011 International Baker of the Year.
