Who We Are

Sanctuary Title is led by a team of experienced professionals, including:

• Justin A. Noe, ESQ., Owner and CEO, who has over a thousand settlements under his belt and holds a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law and an MBA from the University of Baltimore School of Business.
• Andrew Mandela, ESQ., Vice President of Business Development, who has a deep understanding of the title industry and holds a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
• Drew Carter, e-recording expert, who focuses on quick and often same-day recordings for settlements, eliminating problems before they can occur.
• Mary Nachimson, Post-Closer, who handles issues related to after the settlement has occurred, including lender-interfacing, client documentation, and an array of assistance to present and former clients.
• Fran Strickler, Office Manager and Title Agent, who has almost 20 years of experience in the field and a strong focus on the client.

Giving Back

At Sanctuary Title, we are committed to giving back to our community. For every settlement, we donate at least fifteen minutes of our time to community service. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from every settlement goes directly to serve people in the location of our multiple yearly disaster relief trips.

Sanctuary Title has physical offices in Bel Air and Baltimore, Maryland. Through our unique network of national vendor partners, we are able to provide closing locations throughout the country, anywhere you need us to be.
