Our Principals
Scott Ferguson: With more than 21 years of experience in the residential and commercial development and leasing industry, Scott Ferguson is a founding Principal in FFO. Scott is responsible for the company's development management and financial analysis, in addition to leasing activities where he works with high-profile national accounts such as Nike Brands, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Cole Haan, Vera Bradley, and TJX brands.
Michele Dawson: A 25-year veteran of the Shopping Center industry, Michele Dawson is recognized for her leadership and ability to engage influential brands. Prior to joining FFO Real Estate Advisors, Michele served as Vice President of Leasing at Paragon Outlet Partners where she was responsible for the daily management and annual growth of the company's tenant leasing initiatives and merchandising efforts.
