Our founder, Howard Sobkov, brings a unique blend of finance and real estate expertise to the table. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, Howard has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in commercial transactions. His background includes 6 years as a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager at ING in Belgium, as well as extensive experience as a commercial real estate broker and a finance broker. Howard's personal experience as a property and business owner also gives him a unique perspective on the issues faced by our clients.
