Pride & Joy Childcare

Pride & Joy Childcare is a place where laughter, learning, and lots of love come together to create an exceptional program and environment for your child. Founded by Rose Cardillo in 2005, Pride & Joy has been providing high-quality childcare services to families in Babylon, NY for over a decade. With a vision to create a warm and loving place for children, Rose has expanded her program from a NYS licensed In Home Program to two Childcare centers, both located just a few blocks apart from each other.

At Pride & Joy, we believe that every child is unique and has the potential to grow and learn in their own way. That's why we offer age-appropriate education and care that caters to the individual needs of each child. Our experienced teachers and caregivers create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.

Our Classrooms

Each of our classrooms is designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment for children of different age groups. Our infant, toddler, and preschooler classrooms are equipped with stimulating materials and activities that promote hands-on learning and exploration. Our experienced teachers provide individualized attention to each child, helping them to develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

At Pride & Joy, we understand the importance of outdoor learning and play. That's why we provide daily outdoor experiences for children, both on-site and within our community. Our children enjoy walking trips to local parks, libraries, greenhouses, post offices, and fire stations, providing them with opportunities to learn and grow beyond the classroom.
