Services
Residential Treatment (RTC)
Evolve's Residential Treatment Program offers 24/7 supervision for teens aged 1217 in a structured, therapeutic environment. With a maximum of six residents per location, the program includes individual therapy, group sessions, psychiatric care, and experiential therapies like yoga and hiking. Lasting 4560 days, it focuses on stabilizing severe mental health and behavioral issues through evidence-based approaches like DBT and CBT. The program emphasizes family involvement and aftercare planning to ensure long-term recovery.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Evolve's Partial Hospitalization Program provides intensive, structured treatment five days a week, allowing teens to return home evenings. Designed for those needing more support than outpatient care, PHP includes individual and family therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and DBT skills training. The program lasts 46 weeks, combining clinical care with academic support to help teens reintegrate into school and family life while maintaining recovery progress.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Evolve's Intensive Outpatient Program offers flexible, after-school treatment for teens requiring less intensive care than residential or PHP levels. Sessions run 47 PM, four days a week, and include group therapy, individual counseling, and DBT skills training. Lasting 23 months, the program supports teens in managing mental health and substance use issues while maintaining school and family responsibilities.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Evolve's DBT program focuses on teaching teens skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress. Through weekly individual therapy, group sessions, and skills training, teens learn mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. The program is tailored to address self-harm, suicidal ideation, and emotional dysregulation, with family involvement to reinforce skills at home.
Experiential Therapies
Evolve incorporates experiential therapies like equine-assisted therapy, art, music, and surf therapy to enhance emotional expression and self-awareness. These activities complement traditional therapies by providing hands-on, engaging ways for teens to process emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping mechanisms in a supportive, non-clinical setting.
